| Car Rental Insurance |
TPL (Third Party Liability) |
This Insurance covers third party liability including personal accident and property.
Applies for clients that have credit card car insurance.This insurance does not include damage to the rented car.

CDW /LDW (Collision Damage Waiver, Lost Damage Waiver) |
This waiver includes damages to third parties. However, it has a deductible in case of an accident for which the client is responsible up to the amount established by the car rental. $3.00 per day in any vehicle

FCI (Full Cover Insurance) |
This insurance indicates that the client will not be responsible for the deductible amount in a car accident or damage to the car. It includes third party liability and collision damage waiver
|
None of the insurance policies mentioned above covers if the client violates the following recommendations known also as negligence acts:
- Driving through rivers, beaches or places where it is impossible or not allowed to get through with the vehicle.
- If drugs such as alcohol or others are consumed whiled driving.
- If at an accident , the person driving the car is not authorized to drive it
- If the car is used by the client to compete in races or similar activities.
- If the car is used for Public Transportation.
- If the client does not respect the road Police Law regulations in Costa Rica.
- If the car is taken outside the country without previous authorization.
- If at an accident situation, the client does not wait for the Police and insurance report authorities.
None of the above insurance policies covers Tires, Rims, Windows, Radios, Antennas, personal belongings(Suitcases or Cameras of any kind) and tools. |
| Reservations |
- All car categories are available. Upgrades will take place without charge if the car reserved is not available for some reason at pick up time.
- All reservations must have the promotion code for each vehicle.
- Reservations will be for 7 days. If a car is needed for fewer days, the client must pay for the week. This system doest not include insurance or any other surcharges.

- The client must know that the service is a base-product. There are not values included for each rental car service.

Extras means all the elements that the client needs to pay directly to GuanacasteCarRentals when the vehicle is returned. These Surcharges are not obligatory and will be offered according to the client´ needs: |

| Rates |
The rates are valid till April 14th, 2009.
The rates are valid for drivers 25 years or older. |
| Payments |
| All additional charges to the rent must be settled at the beginning of the rental. |
| Deposit Guarantee |
We take the credit card imprint as security for the rent of the vehicle. We accept Visa, AMEX, Master Card y Dinners credit cards.
The deposits will be returned at the end of the rental period as long as there is not damage, late return or gas charges. Debit Cards are not accepted. |
| Period of the Rent |
| The daily rent is based on 24 hours starting at the delivery of the car. Late return after 3 hours will be charged as an additional day |
| Gas |
| The vehicles will be delivered with a full tank. We suggest the client to fill the tank before returning it. If the car is not returned full, gas charges may apply. We also provide the Prepaid Fuel Tank at the begining, is this case you ll save 50% for fuel and there is no obligation to return the full. |
| Emergency Service |
All the vehicles have a 24 hour emergency service. This service is a complement for our clients in case of a mechanical problem or leaving the keys inside the car. For more details check the contract agreement or call 506-2668 1600. |
| Geographic Restrictions |
All the cars are limited to our country only. To go out of the country please call 506-2668 1600. |

| Passport or identification |
| The client should present the passport number at the moment of the rental |
| Prompt Returns |
| In high season (from dec 15th to April 14th) may apply. |
